#17 Transfigured Night

(BALi, KulturBahnhof Kassel)

The night unfolds as a terrain where landscapes, cities and digital spaces converge. Sleepless hours become a stage for unrest, when the day’s events – violence, displacement, injustice – make rest impossible. Insomnia turns into a mirror of the world’s anxieties, a shared condition born from fear, restlessness and longing. Can we sleep when reality itself feels more hostile than a nightmare? In our wakeful states, dreams shift into consciousness, fragile attempts to reorder chaos and to imagine a way through the darkness. (Boris Hadžija)
