What do unconditional film funding, empty advertising pillars or a Jacques Tati film poster have in common? At first glance, probably not much. But if you follow the associative stream of thought in Jan Peter’s third diary film on the meaning of images, short and shortest stories come together kaleidoscopically. Unexposed analog film material serves as the backdrop, which he wants to fill with life during the month in question – three minutes every day, according to the plan. The fact that this does not work out in terms of time explains the title. Wonderfully unpretentious and entertaining. Peters: “It's about everything and nothing.” (Anja Klauck)
