Wildfires, droughts, and floods reshape a mountain lion’s habitat near Los Angeles. Moving through residential neighborhoods, the animal seeks refuge in the gardens of luxury homes. The film grew out of the filmmakers’ daughter’s nighttime encounter with a cougar in Pacific Palisades, a neighborhood of Los Angeles.
