It's about to start: The 42nd Kassel Documentary Film and Video Festival will take place in person from November 18-23! The nationwide online offering offers the opportunity to watch films from home for seven days until November 30 after their initial screening at the festival cinema.
54 feature films and 159 short films from 42 countries, including over 90 premieres, will be presented in Kassel's arthouse cinemas. This year, filmmakers from all over the world will once again travel to Kassel to engage with audiences.
Accreditation open until November 10
Professional audiences, students, and press representatives have until November 10 to apply for accreditation for the festival. Accreditation is available on our Homepage.
