CN: Suicide, Depression Anyone who calls on neuropsychiatrist Dr. Johannes Spittler intends to die. For more than two decades, he has been advising and accompanying patients who, for a variety of reasons, have decided to end their lives. But because the legal situation in Germany remains unclear, he is always walking a fine line between what is permitted and what is not. The film quietly and calmly follows Spittler during his meticulously prepared conversations, and only briefly does it flash in some moments what an enormous emotional burden and responsibility weighs on his shoulders.
