Görünür Görünmez: Bir (Oto)Sansür Antolojisi (Seen Unseen: An Anthology of (Auto)Censorship)

CN: Violence A group of artists collaborated to create videos in response to the increasingly repressive climate in Turkey. This film presents six works, which are thematically and visually intertwined with each other, framing the history of censorship from the perspective of those who experience it. Each of the chapters employs a different visual strategy and focuses on a specific question: from the depiction of protest moments to the situation of imprisoned and censored artists and intellectuals, LGBTQI+ rights, the genocide of the Armenian people, and the oppression in the Kurdish regions.
